Smirthwaite’s Twin leg wedge gives leg support and provides support behind the knee.
The twin leg wedge is for people where the knee posture precludes a W Leg Trough and the contracture force at the knee is too great also for a T-Roll. Support can be provided at the leg in a twin leg wedge.
